Short, damaged or disputed deliveries are marked Disputed at capture, and with the receiver's note and photographs attached, and will not be billed until they are settled. The exception is not only there and visible now, it will not be buried at month-end.

When an invoice is delivered, it is verified.

The green light to bill is a verified POD. It is synced with its trip and its LR, and allows for the freight invoice to be sent the instant delivery is confirmed, making the slowest stage in your cash cycle instant, and disputed PODs remain in the system.

  • For companies that are verified, their POD unlocks GST invoicing.
  • Codes that are linked to trip, LR and consignment.
  • Disputed PODs will be held until they are resolved
