Stock inventory

All parts by SKU, brand and rack location.

Each part is stored in a single registry which includes the part number, brand, unit, rack location and live stock count against a minimum level. The value of the stock is automatically rolled up, so you always have an idea of what is on the shelf and what it's worth.

Reorder alerts

Have an idea of what needs to be refilled before it's too late.

All parts come with a minimum quantity and a reorder quantity. With the stock at the minimum, FleetStack alerts the user as Low, Critical and out of stock and reorders are planned, not last minute when a truck is waiting.

  • The quantity of reorder is fixed according to the min level.

Consumption log

All items which are connected to a vehicle and a work order

A part is removed from the shelf and recorded with the vehicle, the technician and the work order — and the cost of the part. Stock decrements happen automatically and so consumption, spend and accountability are recorded in one entry.
