Product Details

The BOX iSpot is listed in the FleetStack device catalogue as a Box-protocol tracker. Because FleetStack already runs a Box decoder on port 5065, the BOX iSpot needs no custom integration work — set the tracker server host and port, set the SIM APN, and the device appears in live GPS tracking as soon as it sends its first position report.

FleetStack decodes 4 models on the Box protocol, so a mixed fleet of Box hardware shares a single port and one set of server settings, with no per-model configuration to maintain. The device port list carries the port for every protocol, and the GPS command list carries the SMS and GPRS commands used to point a tracker at a new server.

Once it is reporting, BOX iSpot telemetry drives geofencing, trip management, route management, driver behavior scoring, maintenance reminders and the alert center. The same data is available through the REST API if you are feeding it into your own systems, and FleetStack can be deployed as white-label GPS tracking software under your own brand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which server port does the BOX iSpot use with FleetStack?

The BOX iSpot reports on port 5065, which is where the FleetStack Box decoder listens. Your server host is issued with your account credentials. Ports for every supported protocol are listed on the device port list.

How do I connect the BOX iSpot to FleetStack?

Set the tracker server host to your FleetStack host and its port to 5065, then set the SIM APN for your network — usually over SMS configuration. The GPS command list carries the SMS and GPRS commands, the video tutorials cover the platform side, and technical support can help commission a device.

Which protocol does the BOX iSpot use?

The BOX iSpot uses the Box protocol. FleetStack decodes 4 models on Box, so a mixed fleet of Box hardware runs on one port and one set of server settings. Browse them all on supported devices.

What can I do with BOX iSpot data in FleetStack?

Position and status reports from the BOX iSpot drive live GPS tracking, geofencing, trip management, driver behavior scoring and the alert center — the same feature set every supported device shares.

Add the BOX iSpot to FleetStack

FleetStack already decodes the Box protocol on port 5065, so the BOX iSpot can be onboarded without custom development. View pricing, book a demo to see the platform with your own hardware, or contact us for help with the device configuration.
