1.Software Cost (One-Time License):

  • Cost: Approximately $3,499 (one-time payment)
  • Details: This fee provides lifetime access to Fleet Stack, including the web and mobile applications, white labelling, unlimited device support, and regular updates every three months.

2.Server Infrastructure Cost (Monthly):

For 1,000 Vehicles :

  • Recommended Configuration: A server with 2 cores, 8 GB RAM, and 500 GB of hard disk space.
  • Estimated Monthly Cost: Depending on your cloud provider, this might range from $20–$50 per month on a budget provider. For more robust options like AWS, expect around $100–$120 per month.

Factors That Could Affect Cost :

  • Provider and Location: Different cloud providers and geographic regions have varying pricing.
  • Additional Workloads: Increased data processing (e.g., frequent location updates, heavy reporting) might require higher specifications, which could raise the cost.
