What are the pricing options for different fleet sizes, and is there a one-time license?

We’re exploring GPS tracking solutions for our fleet and want to understand if pricing changes based on how many vehicles we have.

Also, is there an option to pay once for a permanent license, rather than monthly or annually?

Great questions! Here’s how our pricing works:

1.Flat One-Time License

  • We offer a one-time license for $3,499.
  • This license gives you full access to our platform without recurring subscription fees.
  • You’ll still need to cover any ongoing hosting/server costs if you choose to self-host, as well as any data/SIM expenses for your devices.

2.Fleet Size Considerations

  • The one-time license supports fleets of all sizes—whether you have 50 vehicles or 1 million.
  • We do not currently have a tiered or per-vehicle subscription model. Instead, we aim to keep things straightforward by offering a single, up-front software fee.

3.Customization & Support

  • If you have specialized needs (e.g., custom features or language packs), we can discuss additional costs for development.
  • Basic support is included; our team can assist you with installation, setup, and troubleshooting.

Thanks for the information. Just to confirm, that $3,499 covers an unlimited number of vehicles, right?

And if we need a larger server setup for a bigger fleet, we just pay for the hosting?

That’s correct! The $3,499 one-time license does not cap the number of vehicles you can track through the platform.

You’d be responsible for server hosting costs if you self-host, but there’s no extra per-vehicle fee from our side.
