My staff and customers speak various languages. I want to confirm if Arabic, French, or other languages are fully supported—and if the layout handles right-to-left text for Arabic. Also, if something isn’t translated properly, can I manually fix it in a settings panel or translation file?

Yes, our software supports multiple languages out of the box, including Arabic, French, and several others! We also have right-to-left (RTL) layout capability for Arabic, ensuring the user interface displays correctly.

If you notice any awkward or incomplete translations, you can manually update them. Simply locate and edit the relevant language JavaScript file (e.g., lan_ar.js for Arabic, lan_fr.js for French). Typically, you’ll find these files in a folder path like:

C:\Program Files\Aiq\FleetStack\web\wwwroot\js\language\

Open the file in a text editor, make your changes, and save. Once you refresh the platform, the updated translations will appear. If you have any trouble locating the files or applying changes, feel free to contact our support team. We’re here to help you maintain a smooth, multilingual experience!

Thank you so much for the quick response! This is really helpful.

One more question: Can different users on the same account choose different languages, or is the system language set globally for everyone?

You’re welcome! We’re glad it’s helpful. Regarding language settings:

  • Per-User Language Preferences: Each user can typically select their own preferred language within their profile settings. That way, one team member can use Arabic while another uses French—without affecting the overall system for everyone else.
  • Global Default: You can also set a default language for your organization if you want a consistent experience for most users.

If you have any more questions, feel free to let us know!
