How can I embed live vehicle tracking on my public website?

I want my customers to see where our delivery vans or service trucks are in real time—without logging into a private portal. Can I embed a map widget on our website showing our vehicles’ locations? 

What’s involved in setting that up, and do I have control over what information is shown to the public?

Is there a limit to how many vehicles can appear on the embedded map?

There is no limitation from our side, and it should definitely follow a standard format. For example, browsers can handle only 5 MB of data at a time. However, that is an extreme case. So, you can say there is no limit on the number of vehicles in the embedded system.
