How many devices can I connect, and what if I need support for additional tracker protocols?

I currently have a certain number of vehicles to track but plan to expand in the future. Also, I use various GPS hardware brands, and some might not be on your compatibility list.

How do I add more devices in the future, and will I have to pay extra if a new protocol isn’t supported?

That’s a great question and a common concern among fleet owners. We appreciate you bringing this up. Here’s how it works:

1.Device Capacity
  • Our one-time license does not limit how many vehicles or devices you can connect. As your fleet grows, you can simply add new devices to your account—no additional per-device charge.
2.Supported Tracker Protocols
  • We support a wide range of hardware from the world’s top GPS manufacturers. Our team has already tested and integrated around 1,500 different device types.
  • If you’re using a tracker that’s not on our compatibility list, we’re flexible in adding new protocol support.
3.New Protocol Integration Cost
  • If a device is completely new to our system, we may need to implement the protocol from scratch. The maximum cost for adding a new protocol is $200. This is a one-time fee, not per device. Once we integrate the protocol, you can add as many of those tracker units as you want without extra charges.

That’s really helpful. So if I buy a new batch of GPS devices from Brand X next year, and they’re already in your supported list, I don’t pay anything extra?

Exactly! If the protocol is already supported, you just configure the new devices and start tracking. The only time a fee applies is if it’s a brand-new protocol that we haven’t encountered before. In that case, it’s $200 to build in support, and you’re set to add as many devices of that type as you need.
