We understand that large fleets often require a more hands-on approach. While we have extensive online resources—including documentation, video tutorials, and a community forum—we’re more than happy to provide direct support and training for our paid customers. Here’s how we can help:

1.Remote On-Premise Deployment Guidance

  • We provide remote support to guide you step by step through installing the software on your private servers.
  • This includes advice on server environment setup, security best practices, and database configuration—all online.

2.Online Training & Resources

  • We offer live training sessions, documentation, video tutorials, and community forums at no extra cost.
  • Our team is available to answer any questions during the deployment process—again, fully online.

3.No On-Site Support

  • We do not currently offer on-site assistance, but our remote approach covers almost all scenarios effectively.
  • If you encounter any issues, we’ll walk you through them via video calls, screen-sharing, and messaging platforms.

4.No Additional Fees

  • We do not charge extra for deployment guidance or training. Everything is included in your main license or subscription plan.
