Is there a way to automate the GPS Device installation process (task management) for our field technicians?

Once a new customer is onboarded and payment is confirmed, we want an automatic job or task to be created for the nearest installer. They receive a notification, verify the customer, and install the device. We’d like the system to close the task automatically and mark the device as active once installation is done.
