SKY IoT GPS Tracker

The SKY IoT reports to FleetStack over the Teratrack protocol on server port 5239. Point the tracker at your FleetStack host and that port, and its position and status messages decode straight into the platform.

Product Details

The SKY IoT is listed in the FleetStack device catalogue as a Teratrack-protocol tracker. Because FleetStack already runs a Teratrack decoder on port 5239, the SKY IoT needs no custom integration work — set the tracker server host and port, set the SIM APN, and the device appears in live GPS tracking as soon as it sends its first position report.

Teratrack is the only protocol this model speaks in the current FleetStack port map, and port 5239 is reserved for it. The device port list carries the port for every supported protocol, and the GPS command list carries the SMS and GPRS commands used to point a tracker at a new server.

Once it is reporting, SKY IoT telemetry drives geofencing, trip management, route management, driver behavior scoring, maintenance reminders and the alert center. The same data is available through the REST API if you are feeding it into your own systems, and FleetStack can be deployed as white-label GPS tracking software under your own brand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which server port does the SKY IoT use with FleetStack?

The SKY IoT reports on port 5239, which is where the FleetStack Teratrack decoder listens. Your server host is issued with your account credentials. Ports for every supported protocol are listed on the device port list.

How do I connect the SKY IoT to FleetStack?

Set the tracker server host to your FleetStack host and its port to 5239, then set the SIM APN for your network — usually over SMS configuration. The GPS command list carries the SMS and GPRS commands, the video tutorials cover the platform side, and technical support can help commission a device.

Which protocol does the SKY IoT use?

The SKY IoT uses the Teratrack protocol, which FleetStack decodes on port 5239. Every protocol FleetStack supports is listed on the device port list.

What can I do with SKY IoT data in FleetStack?

Position and status reports from the SKY IoT drive live GPS tracking, geofencing, trip management, driver behavior scoring and the alert center — the same feature set every supported device shares.

Add the SKY IoT to FleetStack

FleetStack already decodes the Teratrack protocol on port 5239, so the SKY IoT can be onboarded without custom development. View pricing, book a demo to see the platform with your own hardware, or contact us for help with the device configuration.
